The List!
Over the years swimmers have traditionally taken one of four routes across the Bristol Channel, starting with the shorter swims of 9 and 12 miles from Penarth, taking in the 16 mile Porthcawl route in the middle of the channel and opening out to the huge 25 mile swim from Swansea to Ilfracombe.

Please note, we work really hard to keep on top of our ratifications as quickly as we can get the information from swimmers and our volunteers can work through them. Our most up to date list is always available for download here. We have no say or control over if [and when] external parties update their websites!!
